Pressed, not promised.

Our unit near Jaipur dries, mills and densifies pure agri-residue into coal-grade solid fuel — tested batch by batch.

The Process

From stubble
to steam.

01 — Feedstock

Selected & filtered

Mustard husk, groundnut shell and sawdust from eastern Rajasthan's surplus belts — filtered to remove stones, metal and foreign material before it enters the line.

02 — Drying

10–12% moisture

A rotary drum dryer brings residue to the 10–12% moisture window — the single biggest factor behind a clean, nearly smokeless, high-calorific burn.

03 — Grinding

Milled under 5 mm

Hammer mills reduce biomass to consistent particles below 5 mm. Uniform sizing means denser fuel and lower energy use per tonne pressed.

04 — Pressing

Compressed, not mixed

High-pressure presses densify the biomass using its own natural lignin — no glue, no binders, no additives. Briquettes at 50–90 mm, pellets at 6–12 mm.

05 — Cooling

Settled & hardened

Counter-flow coolers bring fresh fuel to near-ambient temperature, locking in density and durability before it's handled.

06 — Sifting & Packing

Dust out, datasheet in

A final sifter removes fines (recirculated back into the line). Fuel is packed, batch-tested for GCV, moisture and ash, and dispatched with its datasheet.

Quality Control

You don't buy biomass.
You buy consistency.

Every batch that leaves our unit ships with its own datasheet — gross calorific value, moisture and ash, tested in-house before dispatch.

a — Quality lab

Batch-wise GCV, moisture and ash testing. The datasheet travels with the truck.

b — Covered storage

Weather-protected raw material and finished-goods storage keeps moisture below spec, monsoon included.

c — Assured supply

Multi-district feedstock contracts mean your fuel doesn't stop when the season turns.
